• IMS was founded by former G.E. executive H. Henry Liiv in 1974.
• In April 1974 IMS began making Thick Film products in a small rented space.
• In 1977 IMS’ initial. facility was built on one acre of land in rural Portsmouth, Rhode Island.
• Since then IMS has significantly expanded operations at their Headquarters in Portsmouth.
• On April 9, 2010 IMS became 36 years old and we continue to move forward in the 21st century as a Premier Supplier of our Thick Film and other passive products.
• We have the potential for more expansion on our existing property as well as possible abutting property that could be acquired if needed.
