Thickness Options
- IMS offers AlN Terminations on 0.015", 0.025" and 0.040" substrates.
- Thinner substrates allow for a higher rated power because there is less substrate material for heat to pass through.
- Not all Case Size / Substrate Thickness are available see Substrate Thickness Availability Chart below on the N-Series data sheet.
